Quick answers
I registered for a workshop but can't make it
Just let us know. Reply to any of our texts or emails and we'll release your seat and tell you when we're next in your area. No hard feelings at all, and it means someone on the waiting list gets in.
I want to stop receiving texts
Reply STOP to any message and you're removed immediately. Reply HELP if you need assistance.
I want to stop receiving emails
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or email us and we'll take care of it.
I'd like a refund
Email us from the address you purchased with and we'll sort it out. Our refund terms are set out in the Program Terms.
There's a charge on my statement I don't recognize
It will appear as WHOP*MONEYAROUNDHOUSE. If that's not it, email us before contacting your bank and we'll identify it straight away. It's almost always faster than a dispute, and we can refund you directly if that's what you want.
I'd like to see, correct or delete the information you hold about me
Email us with the words “privacy request” and let us know which state or country you're in. Details of what you can ask for are in our Privacy Policy.
I don't want my information used for ad targeting
Email us with the words “opt out of ad tracking” and we'll take care of it. It won't affect anything you've registered for or bought.
Do you sell items for people?
Sometimes. Email us with photos and a rough idea of what you have, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth doing.
Can we work together, or can you speak at our event?
Email us. We read every one of these, even if it takes us a few days to answer.
A note on what we can and can't help with
We can help with anything to do with our workshops, our program, your account or a payment.
We can't give financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and we can't get involved in a dispute between you and a buyer, a seller, or a marketplace platform. If something has gone wrong with a sale, the platform's own support team is the right place to start.
