Privacy Policy
Effective date: 20 August 2026
Clemente Media Productions Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates moneyaroundthehouse.com and the brand Money Around The House™. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
You give us directly: name, email address, mobile phone number, and anything else you provide when registering for an event, buying a program, or contacting support.
Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL and time on site, through cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information: handled entirely by our payment providers. We never receive, store or have access to your full card number.
At in-person events: we may record video and take photographs. See Terms of Use, section 4.
How we use it
• Registering you for events and sending details, reminders and logistics
• Delivering programs and content you have purchased
• Responding to questions and providing support
• Sending marketing about our own products and events, which you can stop at any time
• Measuring and improving our advertising
• Meeting legal and tax obligations
SMS and text messaging
We will never sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your number and your consent are used solely by us to communicate with you.
By providing your mobile number you agree to receive event reminders, logistics updates and occasional marketing messages from us. Providing your number is optional and is not required to register. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].
We share phone numbers with our messaging provider only as needed to deliver these messages. They are contractually prohibited from using them for any other purpose.
Email
We send marketing email to people who register or purchase. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and a physical mailing address, and we honour opt-outs promptly.
Cookies, tracking and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads tags and Google Analytics, Hyros for attribution, and engagement tracking within our email and SMS platform.
These providers may collect information about your activity and combine it with data they already hold. You can control cookies in your browser and manage ad personalisation in Meta's and Google's own settings.
Who we share information with
Service providers who help us operate: our funnel and CRM platform, email and SMS providers, our payment processors including Whop and Skool, our community platform, analytics and attribution providers, automation tooling, and calendar services. Each is bound to use the information only to provide services to us.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it:
• Event registrations that never convert to a purchase: 24 months from your last interaction with us
• Marketing email and SMS lists: until you unsubscribe or opt out, and for 12 months after that so we can honour your opt-out
• Customer records, including purchases, refunds and support messages: 7 years, as required for tax and accounting
• Community posts and content you created: for as long as your membership lasts, and after that until you ask us to remove it
• Website analytics and advertising data: as set by each provider, typically 14 to 26 months
You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so, except where we are required to keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
How we protect it
We use established third-party platforms to store and process information, and those platforms encrypt data both while it is being sent and while it is stored. We limit access to the small number of people who need it, and we protect our accounts with two-step login wherever it is offered.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Opt out of email via the unsubscribe link, and out of SMS by replying STOP. Contact [email protected] for anything else.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never have.
What we do is this. When you visit our site, advertising tools from Meta and Google record that visit so we can measure whether our ads are working and show you relevant ones later. No money changes hands, but the privacy laws in California and several other states still class that as sharing your information for advertising, and give you the right to stop it.
You can opt out at any time. Email [email protected] with the words “opt out of ad tracking”. You can also turn off cookies in your browser, and manage ad personalization directly in your Meta and Google account settings. Opting out will not stop you seeing ads, and it will not affect anything you have registered for or purchased.
These providers may collect information about your activity and combine it with data they already hold.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described anywhere in this policy. The only exception is our messaging provider, who receives your number solely to deliver the messages you asked for and may not use it for anything else.
State privacy rights
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to:
• Know what personal information we have collected about you and where it came from
• Receive a copy of it in a portable format
• Correct anything that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete it
• Tell us to stop sharing your information for advertising
• Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights
To make a request, email [email protected] with the words “privacy request” and tell us which state you live in. We will verify your identity, usually by confirming details we already hold, and respond within 45 days. If we need longer we will tell you why.
An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission from you.
If we refuse a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond to an appeal within 45 days, and if we still refuse we will tell you how to complain to your state attorney general.
Cookies you can turn off
The cookies that make the site work cannot be turned off. The ones used for analytics and advertising can be, through your browser settings, through your Meta and Google account settings, or by emailing us. Some browsers can send an automatic privacy signal on your behalf, and if yours does, we treat that as a request to stop using your information for advertising.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above.
